Started in 2013, Cobble Hill Management is a vertically-integrated, full-service team of New York City residential management experts. We have managed over 60 buildings across Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens.
We assist owners with all aspects of property management, including day to day operations, compliance and violation removal, leasing, collections, institutional reporting , accounting, repairs and maintenance, and construction management.
